Data Deletion Policy

HisaabPro mein aap ke paas do tarah ke data deletion ke options hain:

Option 1 — In-app Hard Delete (operational data)

App ke andar aap khud yeh records hard-delete kar sakte hain bina kisi support ke:

• Customer record (saath mein uski photos, CNIC, follow-ups bhi delete hote hain)
• Individual loan (us ka agreement PDF bhi delete hota hai)
• Individual payment entry
• Guarantor profile (jab koi active link nahi)

Har hard-delete par password confirm karna parta hai aur activity log mein audit trail ban jata hai. Operational data instantly delete ho jaata hai — cascade ke saath related records bhi.

Option 2 — Full account deletion (account + entire shop data)

Agar aap apna poora HisaabPro account aur shop band karna chahte hain (ya phir personal data right exercise karna chahte hain), to support team request bhejein.

Step-by-step

1. Niche walay button par tap karein. Aap ka email client khulega pre-filled email ke saath.
2. Apna registered email, shop name aur mobile number bhar ke send karein.
3. Hum 24 ghante ke andar aap ke registered email pe confirmation bhejenge — woh confirm karne ke baad timeline shuru hoti hai.
4. 7 working days ke andar saara data permanently delete ho jayega aur aap ko ek final confirmation email milega.

What we DELETE

• Aap ka login account (email, password hash, mobile, name)
• Aap ka shop profile, settings, WhatsApp templates
• Saari shop data — customers, guarantors, loans, payments, follow-ups, agreements, photos, CNIC images, PDF agreements
• FCM push tokens aur device records
• Activity logs jo aap ke account se related hain
• Trial / subscription preferences

What we RETAIN (legal & accounting)

Kuch records hum aap ki request ke baad bhi limited time ke liye legal / regulatory compliance ke liye retain karte hain. Inn records mein personal identifiers anonymise ho jate hain:

• Subscription payment records — bank transfer references aur invoice history. Pakistan Income Tax Ordinance 2001 aur FBR audit requirements ke under 6 saal tak retain hote hain.
• Referral / Distributor commission records — agar aap referred ya referring partner thay, woh transactions audit-ke liye retain hote hain.
• Hashed CNIC entries in central Blacklist — sirf hash (original CNIC recover nahi ho sakta). Yeh other shops ki risk-check ko save karne ke liye retain rehta hai.
• Aggregated, anonymous analytics — kitne shops ne register kiya, kitni loans created — yeh non-personal hota hai.

Processing timeline

• Hour 0 — aap email karein
• ≤ 24 hours — hum aap ke registered email par confirmation request bhejte hain (taake koi bhi ghair-mutaaliq aap ka account delete nahi kar sake)
• After your confirmation reply — deletion job queue mein add hoti hai
• ≤ 7 working days — saari data permanently delete ho jaati hai
• Final email — confirmation aap ko us email pe milta hai (jise hum alag se 14 din ke baad bhi delete kar dete hain)

Important notes

• Delete request irreversible hai. Ek dafa data delete ho jaye to woh kisi backup se recover nahi ho sakti.
• Agar aap ke account mein un-utilised subscription balance hai, hum refund policy ke mutabiq case-by-case decide karte hain (refer Terms & Conditions section 4).
• Agar aap sirf trial chhorhna chahte hain to App ke andar Settings → Account → Delete option se khud kar sakte hain.
